1. Payment Terms:
a. All fees for tutoring services are due 7 days before the start of the scheduled session.
b. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

2. Refunds:
a. Refunds may be provided if a session is canceled by AcornWise Coding & Math without any rescheduled session.
b. Due to the nature of group tutoring, there are no make-up sessions (except within the same week's available class as detailed below), credits, or refunds for missed sessions.

3. Session Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes:
a. If a student cannot attend a scheduled session and provides notice of at least 48 hours, a make-up class may be offered within the same week, subject to availability in another slot for the same class. This is the only exception for missed sessions.
b. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on vacancies in other sessions of the same class during the week.

4. Group Sessions:
a. Group tutoring sessions require a minimum number of 6 students. If this number is not met, the session may be rescheduled or canceled.
b. Refunds or credits may be provided if a group session is canceled due to not meeting the minimum student requirement.

5. Pausing for Holidays:
a. Students intending to take a break for holidays or other commitments can request a pause in their tutoring sessions. This request must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
b. While the request to pause the sessions will be honored, it is important to understand that this does not guarantee or secure the student's seat upon their return.
c. Resuming sessions after the pause will be based on the availability of seats at the time of return, and students may need to wait for an available slot or join another session group.

6. GST:
a. All fees and charges include GST as applicable under the current Australian taxation law.

7. Disputes:
a. In the event of any disputes related to payments, clients are encouraged to contact AcornWise Coding & Math to discuss and resolve the matter.
b. If disputes cannot be settled through direct communication, parties agree to seek mediation before commencing any legal action.

8. Amendments:
a. AcornWise Coding & Math reserves the right to update these payment terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
